Terms of carriage contract
It is strictly prohibited to transport contraband, including counterfeit goods and any infringing items. Violators will be sent to the relevant units, and the relevant accounts will be immediately terminated. The shipper or you and our company, as the carrier, need to acknowledge the following terms as mutually abiding and legally binding conditions of agreement. Once you pay the shipping fee, you will be deemed to have accepted and abide by the terms of this contract.

Responsibilities and commitments of the shipper and carrier:
1. The shipper or you and your entrusted agent guarantee that the items entrusted for shipment comply with national laws and are acceptable to the transportation department and do not violate the will of the carrier. Our company, the carrier, refuses to carry the following items: 
1)  Dangerous goods that are flammable, explosive, perishable or toxic, explosive, destructive, corrosive and radioactive
2) Drugs or drug-related paraphernalia
3) Books, photographs, sculptures or utensils that are detrimental to public decency
4) Items that infringe trademark, copyright or intellectual property rights
5) Currency, value-added tax invoices, other tax stamps or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals
6) Letters of a correspondence nature 
7)Non-genuine/fake goods; (If the customer sends non-genuine or fake goods, our company will not compensate you regardless of whether the goods are lost or not)
8)It is suspected that the brand is not genuine. If it says it is genuine, but the price is unreasonably low
9)Goods that do not comply with relevant government administrative regulations, departmental regulations and mandatory standards of the place of shipment and destination
10)Goods that require refrigeration
2. The shipper or you promise that the company has the right to abandon or refuse to accept items that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally concealing the true name and value of the items, and items that are expressly prohibited from being carried, mailed, or transported by national laws. Once violated, the shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and financial liability arising therefrom.
3. The shipper or you and your authorized agent guarantee to accept and pay the freight price of the items published by the company and the related storage, return and transshipment fees.
4.If any liquid or solid leaks from your goods, or if other goods are contaminated or damaged due to improper packaging of the goods or the goods themselves, etc., the company has the right to pursue the shipper or you. All legal and financial liability.
5.Lingshun Philippines warehouse only accepts and processes one packaged shipment with one waybill number (can include multiple items from the store). If the seller provides one waybill number but sends out two or more packaged goods, Lingshun Philippines Warehouse will refuse to accept the relevant goods or sign for them. If there is any loss after receipt, the company will not be liable for any compensation.
6. Once the goods are signed for at Lingshun's Philippine warehouse, if they need to be returned or forwarded to other places in the country, a handling fee of RMB 50 will be charged for each item, plus freight. The freight will be subject to the customer service quotation on the day.
7.Lingshun Philippines warehouse only accepts and processes, and one waybill number issued by a store only corresponds to one customer's goods.
8.Lingshun Philippines Warehouse will not be responsible for any loss, missed delivery or change in shipping charges if the following circumstances occur:

Scenario 1: The seller issues a waybill number, but there are goods belonging to two or more customers in the package, resulting in a customer being unable to claim the other goods.
 ***The customer needs to contact the seller to ensure that the waybill number used by the seller when shipping is only for the customer's goods.***
Scenario 2: (Customer purchases two or more goods) The seller only provides one waybill number to the customer, but in fact the seller separates the customer's goods into two or more waybill numbers, resulting in the customer being unable to claim the other goods. 
*** It is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller to obtain other correct waybill numbers for claiming.*** 
Scenario 3: If the seller provides an incorrect waybill number, causing the correct waybill number to expire after the 60-day storage-free period. and were charged storage fees.
*** It is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller to obtain the correct waybill number for claiming and to negotiate the storage fee with the seller.*** 
9. Since it takes time to input cargo information, it is recommended that customers log in to the Sun Container System one working day after the goods arrive at the transit warehouse in the Philippines to confirm whether they have been put into the warehouse.

10.Customers must log in to our system to claim and choose the combined express service within 60 days from the day the goods are sent to the Philippines transit warehouse. Otherwise, a storage fee of RMB 1 (RMB) will be charged per item per day starting from the 61st day.
11.The shipment must be sent within 60 days after arriving at the transit warehouse in the Philippines. Otherwise, it will be regarded as discarded and will be handled by the company itself, and the owner shall 
12.For orders that have been reviewed and have not been paid for more than 12 hours, the order will be automatically canceled and the order must be submitted again to be reviewed and all procedures completed.
13.If it is less than 1 kilogram (KG), it will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG)
***Example 1: The total weight of all goods is 0.99 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG). ***

*** Example 2: The total weight of all goods is 1.01 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated as 2 kilograms (KG). ***
14.The weight calculation unit is kilogram (KG), and the accuracy is one decimal place, that is, 0.1 kg is the lowest scale.
15.The delivery time of the transit warehouse in the Philippines is from 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Please refer to the latest announcement for the statement time.
16.Logistics companies will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.
17.All shipments are compared based on actual weight, over-volume and over-length, and the heaviest one is used to calculate the freight.

***Volume weight is a calculation method that reflects the density of the package. Super volume means that the volume is heavier than the actual weight***
18.***If the volume exceeds the volume, the average weight of volume weight and actual weight will be calculated***

19.Volume weight = length (L) (cm) X width (W) (cm) X height (H) (cm) / 6000


The right to know about the transported items:
1. The company has the right to know the nature, product name, quantity and weight of the transported items, etc., in order to assist relevant government departments and transportation departments to inspect or investigate the transported items.
2.Items entrusted to be shipped through the Philippine transit warehouse will be randomly sampled and investigated. If it is found that the items do not meet the requirements of the "Carriage Contract Terms", the company will refuse to transport them
