3. The company is not responsible for any delays, errors or losses in the delivery of items due to the following reasons:

Damage treatment
Customers are obliged to have good communication with sellers to ensure that the items being transported have inner and outer packaging or containers with sufficient durability, toughness, and thickness to prevent damage or damage caused by improper packaging during transportation. causing the shipment to be lost; its packaging should be equipped with a box or outer packaging with sufficient and appropriate protective materials, which should be integrated with the protective materials, buffering materials and contents of the goods; if there are multiple contents, the contents should be integrated with the outer packaging There should be no sound due to friction, collision, squeezing or shaking between the walls. The company will not make any compensation if the shipment is damaged during transportation due to inconsistent packaging or fragile items.
